1. Service Description

WhatsApp Business Manager provides a web-based platform for managing WhatsApp Business API communications. The service includes a shared team inbox, message templates, contact management, analytics, and related tools. We provide the software platform; Meta provides the WhatsApp messaging infrastructure.

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information during registration. Each workspace is tied to a verified email address. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

3. Free Trial

New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with limited features. Trial accounts have restricted message limits and may not access all premium features. No credit card is required for the trial period.

4. Subscription and Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly in USD. Your subscription renews automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Invoices are generated 3 days before the renewal date. If payment is not received within 7 days of the due date, the account may be suspended.

5. Meta WhatsApp Charges

Meta charges businesses per conversation based on category (marketing, utility, service, authentication). These charges are paid directly by you to Meta through your own Meta Business account and are NOT included in our subscription fee. We are not responsible for Meta's pricing changes or billing.

6. Acceptable Use

You must comply with Meta's WhatsApp Business Policy and Commerce Policy. You may not use the service for spam, harassment, illegal content, or any activity that violates Meta's terms. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these policies.

7. Data and Privacy

See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your data. Each customer workspace is isolated in a separate database.

8. Support

We provide 24/7 customer support via WhatsApp and AnyDesk remote assistance. Free Meta Business API setup and configuration is included with all plans. Response times may vary but we aim to respond within 1 hour during business hours.

9. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is." We are not liable for message delivery failures, Meta API outages, data loss due to circumstances beyond our control, or any indirect damages. Our liability is limited to the subscription fees paid in the preceding 3 months.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate at any time. Upon cancellation, your data is retained for 30 days before permanent deletion. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms with or without notice.
