When you register for our service, we collect your name, email address, phone number, company name, country, and timezone. When you use the WhatsApp Business API through our platform, we process message metadata, contact information, and media files on behalf of your business.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to: provide and maintain the service, process your WhatsApp Business communications, send billing and service notifications, provide customer support, and improve the platform. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
3. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored on secure servers. Each customer workspace has an isolated database. We use encryption for sensitive data including API credentials and passwords. Access to customer data is restricted to authorized support staff only, and all access is audit-logged.
4. WhatsApp Data
Messages and media sent/received through the WhatsApp Business API are processed through Meta's infrastructure. We store message records and downloaded media in your workspace database for your operational use. Media files are subject to a retention policy and are automatically cleaned after 90 days unless you configure otherwise.
5. Third-Party Services
We integrate with Meta (WhatsApp Business API) and 2Checkout (payment processing). These services have their own privacy policies. Meta usage charges are billed directly by Meta to your business account.
6. Your Rights
You can access, update, or delete your account data at any time through the platform settings. If you cancel your subscription, your data remains available for 30 days before permanent deletion. Contact us to request a data export or permanent deletion.
