Free Trial
We offer a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. This allows you to fully evaluate the platform before committing to a paid plan.
Subscription Payments
Subscription payments are non-refundable once the billing period has started. If you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access until the end of your current billing period.
Exceptions
We may consider refunds on a case-by-case basis in the following situations:
- Service was completely unavailable for an extended period (more than 48 hours) due to our fault
- You were charged in error (duplicate payment, wrong amount)
- You cancel within 48 hours of your first paid subscription and have not actively used the service
Meta Charges
We do not process or collect Meta's WhatsApp conversation charges. Any disputes about Meta charges must be resolved directly with Meta through your Meta Business account.
How to Request a Refund
Contact our support team via WhatsApp or email at info@ifcondition.com. Include your account email and invoice number. We will review your request within 2 business days.
